Mr. Perkins is Kendall's father and Amy Perkins' husband. His first appearance is in "Father From the Truth" and in "Snowpocalypse!" Kendall tries to call him but she can't get a signal on her cellphone. His second and last speaking appearance in "Crumbs!" suggests that despite his daughter's rivalry with Kick, he is friendly with him as he is shown to be concerned when Kick knocks on his door in an attempt to hide his mother's cookies from Harold.
